Each week we discuss Real Estate and finance in our community, along with what is going on nationally.We also may have have guests who are specialists in their respected areas in Real Estate. Buyers will get your weekly dose of active listings in the Kern County area in our 'Your Local Listings' segments, where we promote OUR listings, as well as homes we think may be of interest.
At the bottom of the hour each week we feature the 'Financial Focus',a segment where Tiare Ferguson from Platinum Home Mortgage calls in live and gives us the latest in lending and finance. Your pencil and pad may get a workout with the valuable information Tiare will give you about the mortgage loan world.
